Blessing Ceremony of new teaching spaces

We would like to thank all of our whānau and tāmariki who were able to join us on Tuesday 30 January. A special thank you also to Liz Brown for performing the blessing ceremony for the opening of our spectacular teaching spaces. Thank you also to Jake Hann from Hann Construction and to the Ministry of Education representatives plus our Kapa Haka teacher Matua Anton.

We had our first assembly today and the teachers were put on the spot to think of awesome tamariki who had shone during our first few days at school. These children received a certificate today. (End of Message)

Swimming Pool water is warming up! + A surprise is in store.

Sun safe in the Pool

All children need a shirt that covers at least their shoulders and upper-arms. This can be a Rash shirt or a close-fitting t-shirt (with short or long sleeves) to wear in the pool. (end of message)

School Opens at 8:30am

For their safety, children must not come through the school gate or into the office area/ foyer until 8:30am. Children arriving very early, leaves them unsupervised and vulnerable within the school grounds.

A Reminder to Sign Students "IN" when late and "OUT" if must leave early.
