PTA Annual General Meeting - TUESDAY 20 FEBRUARY 2024

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the PTA is to be held on Tuesday 20th February at 7pm in the school staffroom.

The AGM is where we begin our year with our first meeting, taking any new nominations for the following roles: President, Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer. Anyone can be nominated for these positions or put their names forward. If there are no nominations & current persons would like to keep their position, then a vote will also be taken to hold these roles. At this stage we are aware that we will require a new Treasurer, this does require someone that may be good with numbers & spreadsheets & as with any new position taken on board you will be guided along with training of the position from the previous member. 

Our PTA is a registered charity with Charities Services and is governed by a Constitution that sets out the rules on how we operate. Our main purpose is to support the school community for the benefit of its children. The main way we do this is by fundraising for items for the use of all children at the school like new library books, playground & classroom equipment and school fun days to name a few. We look forward to seeing some new faces & any queries please don't hesitate to get in touch. We are a very small group and in desperate need of new helpers. It's a great way to meet people and to help support our children at their fabulous school.
