We celebrate Yaldhurst School Tōtara Tūkaha, Kids' Literacy Quiz Team 2024

Last Thursday teams from multiple schools across Christchurch participated in the Kids' Literacy Quiz at Oaklands School. Prior to the competition students each took home a number of age appropriate books to read. It was a fast paced event. Students were asked a variety challenging questions based on the books they had read, testing their knowledge.

We were fortunate to have a superb team to represent Yaldhurst School Tōtara Tūkaha. We were not in the top three schools but we held our own and each student walked away from the event very proud and heads held high. It was a marvelous experience.
