HOW DO WE OPERATE?

We run like any other Committee and have a Constitution which governs how we operate, including the holding of meetings, the election of our Executive Committee, how our finances are controlled and how Committee Members can join. We discuss and approve fundraisers/projects as a group and allocate people to run each project along with helpers.

WHO ARE WE?

Our Executive Committee for 2025 as elected at our February Annual General Meeting (AGM) are:
  • President—Kate Ward

  • Vice President — Simon Jane

  • Secretary — Kelly Smith

  • Treasurer – Esther Pinnell

  • Plus we have six wonderful Committee Members

We have certain fundraisers we do each year which include:

  • Food Lunch Days at School (Sausage Sizzles, Hot Dogs, Pizza, Hot Chocolate & Cookie)

  • Subway each week

  • Jucies after school each week (Summertime)

  • Easter raffle

  • Mothers and Fathers Day Stalls/Raffles

  • Digital Entertainment Books

  • Mitre 10 Mega/Bunnings Community BBQs

  • School Disco

  • Cadbury Chocolates

  • Quiz Night

  • Xmas raffle

We’re always looking for new ideas!
