Hail Integrated Website 

The Hail integrated website is included in your Hail Subscription.

There are no extra costs for hosting and of course, you can update the site yourself or seek help from the Hail Support Team. 

Option of a Professional SetUp
We can help you migrate to a Hail website. We call this a Professional SetUp and we offer this service to help you move from your current website to a Hail website. It is an optional service that costs $400.

What it includes:

• Review or set up your Hail account and settings.

• Creating the website to get you going. This includes adding menu structure, default articles/publications and images. Using our expertise to create the site for you to edit. We will double-check what you want migrating before we start.

• Adding any custom features.

• One-on-one training to help you get going.

We can also help with photography, branding, creative designs and logos.

Hail + Website

How long is a piece of string? 

Costs come down to your requirements and understanding what you want to design.

For guidance, a $5k website design includes:

• A 12-page website that is custom-designed to meet your requirements

• Applying unique colours and branding as required.

• Applying images/videos and icons as needed.

• Assistance with page content, layout and presentation of information.

The more complex designs will incur a higher fee. To provide you with a price we will complete a design review meeting to assess requirements and provide a fixed cost.

We follow a process to assess requirements, design/development and then final testing.

In addition, a monthly fee of $80 is charged to cover security updates, hosting and technical monitoring (we have a proactive approach to maintaining website security).  This is on top of your Hail license. 

Website review and recommendations

Sometimes you start with an amazing website and due to time constants and lack of know-how, your website ends up being a bit disjointed and ineffective. In some cases, at this stage, all that's needed is an external set of eyes, with experience in school websites, to take a look. 

For $200, we will

• Complete a review on your website.

• Recommend basic layout or content changes to improve user experience

• Review your navigation menu structure and provide recommendations

• Help you plan a way forward.
