A favourite snack at Inaya's house!
3 tbsp chickpea flour
1 tbsp rice flour
1 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp rock salt
1/2 cup yoghurt
lemon juice
cauliflower
Mix all ingredients (but the cauliflower) together in a bowl.
Add a cup of cauliflower florets to this batter and mix everything well. Leave it for 1 hour to marinate.
Preheat oven at 180°C and bake at 180°C for 20 mins.
Enjoy with any dip/chutney.
