The finished product!

The Noughts and Crosses board is installed!

Tawa students have worked really hard on painting and designing the rocks. The Noughts and crosses game is completely plastic-free so it is sustainable and won’t break down anytime soon. Broomfield School didn't have to pay any money because the Envirogroup has upcycled everything, the logs that make the boards are wood stumps that weren't going to get used, the rocks are from Ms O’Connor’s backyard, now the game is set up in a nice area for kids to play.

The Enviro group have also planted new tussocks in the tyre gardens at the front of the school and are hoping for them to thrive.
