Last night we celebrated our inaugral Matariki Kapa haka event. It was a spectacular evening where 4 schools had the opportunity to come together and celebrate Matariki through stunning Kapa haka performances.

On Monday morning, Zaela Powrie, Katie Blackburn, Maisie Bennie-Steel, Maddie Eastgate and Mr Aaron attended a breakfast event at the Christchurch Town Hall promoting the upcoming FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Last weekend, a team of four students, Lily McGonigal, Tayla Breward, Molly Breward, and myself (Tanisha Butt), competed in the South Island Secondary School Squash tournament.

John Paul College from Brisbane visited Christchurch Girls' High School Te Kura o Hine Waiora last Wednesday afternoon (21 June) to play our Christchurch Girls' High School /Te Kura o Hine Waiora H team.

We would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to Vicki Logopati and the F45 Papanui Gym for their incredible generosity and hospitality. Their kind gesture of allowing our rugby team to get a session in at their esteemed facility is truly commendable

The Senior Student Interviews took place on Tuesday and Thursday of Week Ten. There were under 2000 bookings that were spread across both sessions.

Applications close TODAY, 4pm July 28th 2023, for all Out of Zone Year 9 2024 applications. We would appreciate as many In Zone Year 9 2024 applications to assist with 2024 roll planning.
