Prayer Breakfast this Saturday 1 March is cancelled - a lot of us are involved in the Lay Ministers' Training Day in Balclutha.

RSVPS due by tomorrow, Wednesday 26 February please for our visit to Murihiku Marae next week.

Our visit to Murihiku Marae is finally happening. It would be wonderful if you are able to join others from the Southland Archdeaconry on the afternoon of Tuesday 4 March. Read on for details.....This visit is open to all, so why don’t you advertise it in your Church Pew Sheet over the next couple of weeks and encourage others in your congregation to join us.  You may also have family members that would like the chance to visit the Marae. Invite them.

 

We will meet at Holy Trinity Church, Invercargill at 1.00 pm on Tuesday 4 March and carpool. You will be required to pay $18.00 per person for the afternoon tea and to facilitate this you can Direct Debit the amount to Holy Trinity’s Bank account and we will pay the account. Alternatively, have the correct change and give to Liz on the day. An envelope will be available for you to offer a Koha – no set amount but what ever you are moved to give.

Meet 1.00 pm at Holy Trinity Church, 61 King Street, Invercargill. After a short meeting we will then carpool to be at the Marae before 2.00 pm.

$18.00 per person for afternoon tea

The Wisdom Years A Reflective Retreat Day Offering A One-day Retreat for People 60 years+

There will be three sessions on life as “Wisdom School” Childhood The Working Years * Maturity and how we are guided.

Where: Lindisfarne Methodist Church Corner of Lindisfarne & Miller Street, Invercargill

Boundaries Course

Thank you very much to all who attended the Boundaries Course in Invercargill last month.

The final course in this round is :


Saturday 15 March 2025 @ Dunedin [10.30am start - @ St Matthew's Dunedin]

BYO lunch. Tea and coffee provided.

The course has 4 hours of content, plus a half hour lunch break, means finishing time will be approximately 3pm.

The first Saturday of each month at 8am - koha.
