This weekend our Synod meets "virtually" for the first day of proceedings, and there is a chance to be challenged and inspired by some new resources.

Remember that we are at Alert Level 2: We are continuing with non-contact forms of worship while some places re-open for worship, check out our website for options. Make sure you follow Government Advice to keep yourselves and others safe... and bring your face covering to Church!

Coronavirus Covid-19 Update: Level 2 Alert Information and Links to advice

This has meant some adjustments for faith communities, with a requirement for contract tracing, up to 100 people only indoors and encouragement to wear face coverings. The Diocesan office is open Monday to Friday 9 to 3 pm, please let us know if you want to visit (03 488 0820) and bring your face covering with you.

Synod 2021, 18 September: The Easy Way to Join and Take Part

A reminder for anyone considering being a representative for General Synod Te Hinota Whanui: nominations close at midday Thursday 16 September - nomination forms included in this article. To date we need at least one more Lay representative, and we will run an election for the Clergy representative.
