James MacDermid finishes on the podium in a World Cup event

In his final race our Captain of Mountain Biking finishes in third place. He tells us about it as he prepares to head home.

If you thought my last post was good news it just got even better!!  I just achieved my first World Cup podium finish.  I was struggling on the track all week but found my groove on Sunday morning and luckily everything came together. I put down an amazing run and finished in third place! This was my last race, however, and we are now packing like mad men and sorting out our flights home.  We will see you soon - thank you for your support over this season.
