As always the Junior team have had a busy start to the term. Classrooms are buzzing with the excitement and rich learning that is taking place through PBL - Project Based Learning.

It's hard to believe that we're already at the end of the third week of term. There has been a lot happening already and it's been great to see the range of activities children are taking part in.

Notary Public and Family Law Specialist

On Tuesday 4 August the Kaikorai cross country team competed at the Hills Cluster event in perfect running conditions. While this year competitors were treated to a new course, the challenge for them was no less.

This term we are in the full swing of things focusing on our Project Based Learning throughout the school.

We are seeking parent volunteers who would like to read with students in our school for one hour a week from 9am-10am.

Please obey all road rules including not parking on yellow lines on Tyne St and following the guidelines below for the kiss and run area on Wright St.

Success again for our Epro8 teams

We are beginning to transition away from lunch online as the new company offers a greater range and healthy alternatives. Lunch online will continue for a limited period so parents have credits can use them.

Our current subscription to the app ‘Skool Bag’ is coming to an end and as a school, we have decided not to renew this. Over this term, we will be moving to use the app ‘Skool Loop’ instead. This will be the platform where school newsletters and updates will be sent out so it is important that you download this to keep up to date. Follow the instructions in the image below to get started.

We have had a busy start to Term 3 in Room 1a, here are some of the things we have been learning about...

Welcome to Room 2a’s snapshot for the third term of 2020. We are lucky enough to have Mr Reid, our Third Year student, with us. He is currently teaching us in his first placement. We have enjoyed working on our reading and writing and building our large ball skills. He will be with us again for the last 4 weeks of the term.

We are accepting enrolments for 2021!
