2023 Term One

This year’s Careers Roadshow was dubbed by the exhibitors and I quote “the best Careers Road Show Kamo High School has ever had’.

Well we have weathered quite a stormy term and come out the other end with a lot to show for our Trades boy’s and girl’s hard work and perseverance. The most colourful outcome has been the wonderful new Nile Blue back fence that our Level 2 students have put together using the roofing iron we had saved from the two buildings that were taken down to make room for the new school building.

Gateway has had a busy Term 1. Our senior students are presenting me with great ideas and interests for their future pathways. We thank the amazing local businesses who have been so supportive and affirming of our Kamo High students! Students have been out on Gateway placement in the following areas:
