2023 Term 3, Weeks 9 to 10

What an amazing day for Rangi iwi. We would like to start by thanking all of the Trades who came along to show us what's what in their industry; this would not have been possible without Alice and her team from Te Tai Tokerau Trades.

On Wednesday 20th September,10 students from Kamo Intermediate school visited Kamo High school for a 'taster' lesson in Science.

This week is National Mental Health Awareness Week in which five different strategies for improving mental health are profiled across the week - one per day.

First I would like to thank all the Moana staff for their contribution to the day's events, without them the day would not have been the success that it was.

Last Thursday 14 September, the Kamo High School Rainbow Group gathered with a few representatives from Whangarei Boys High attending a Bowls night at Action Zone. We had a group of 20 students with a few parents supporting the group. Action Zone were very accommodating for our students who were able to enjoy Bowling and Laser Tag.
