A massive and extremely vocal crowd welcomed King's groups. King's of the Pacific and He Waka Kotuia to the stage last night at Polyfest.

The King’s Junior 1st XI Football Team enjoyed a very successful week in Tauranga, playing in the Hillsdene Junior Football Tournament.

A silver medal at the nationals was a great result for a lot of hard work for the King’s High School Chef Team last week. Liam Hynd (Year 13) and Nick Bryan (Year 12) competed in the National Secondary Schools' Culinary Challenge in Auckland against seven other regional qualifiers.

The 1st XI boys finished their best ever placing at the National Tournament in over 20 years to finish 15th overall.

The Otago Secondary Schools Music Festival is an annual concert celebration of communal Music making and achievement for secondary school students of Otago. The 2018 show was the Festivals 49th Annual Concert.

Following on from last week, Year 10 Drama students performed excerpts from Kapa Haka and Commedia del' Arte on the outdoor stage this week.

The 2018 SCHOOL MAGAZINE will be another fantastic summary of the school year and a keepsake to reflect upon in the years ahead.
