On Wednesday, two renowned old boys and one valued King's parent returned to King’s High School to mentor arts students and participate in the Festival of Arts and Culture.

Tūmai and Kiringāua Cassidy added to their already impressive reputation as guardians of Te Reo Māori at the recent Ngā Manu Kōrero competition held in Taranaki.

Congratulations to Tudor for winning the annual House Singing competition with their powerful rendition of "Wonderwall".

Thursday night saw teams from King's participate in this year's quiz with Kent Marshall, Liam Hewson, Mueed Hasan and Issac Jamieson coming a creditable 4th amongst 30 teams from schools around Otago and Southland. 

King's (a combined Junior side) took on St Paul's School, Brisbane at DeCarle Park on Thursday. The team is doing a 10 day tour of the southern South Island. We won 3-2 HT 0-1. Well done lads!
