Withdrawal of Students from KingsWay School
If you intend to withdraw your child/children from KingsWay School for next year, you are requested to give a term’s notice in writing to the Principal. In lieu of a term’s notice the proprietors have the right to charge a full term’s attendance dues.
There is no need to inform of intention of withdrawal for students in Year 13. If you have a child in Year 12 who may be leaving at the end of the year to pursue a tertiary course or work placement, please signal this in writing to the Principal by the end of Term 3 (Friday, 28 September) if you haven’t already done so.

WDHB Vision Tests
The Waitemata District Health Board vision team will be coming into KingsWay Tuesday, 11 September to check the vision of all Year 7 students and a few Year 8 students missed last year. Your child will bring home notification of any concerns they may have detected and what their recommendations are for follow up.

NCEA Revision Programme
Rangitoto College will be running a NCEA Revision Programme during the Term 3 holidays and on Saturdays in Term 4. These classes are taught by experienced teachers from secondary schools. Students will have the opportunity to enhance their understanding before the exams in November.
