Food Styling Workshop

Adrian and Chloe from the Bachelor of Culinary Arts programme at Te Pūkenga (Otago Polytechnic) presented a food styling dessert presentation session for the Year 13 Hospitality students in Term Four.

They were shown how plating up food helps express creativity and also showcases culinary skills. The same ingredients were used each time and demonstrated different food styling ranging from past to present and café to high class restaurant. 

Students then enjoyed the opportunity to sample the final products.
