MINOR GOSPEL
The Dunedin Youth Writers Association (https://dunedinyouthwriters.wordpress.com/), led and created by LPHS Year 13s Darcy Monteath and Shima Jack and also Year 12 Hugo Todd, have just produced the first ever edition of their monthly writing anthology MINOR GOSPEL in conjunction with the Dunedin Public Libraries.
Edited by Darcy and Shima, the collection is a unique platform that showcases the creativity, depth, and literary talent of Dunedin’s youth.
MINOR GOSPEL contains the poetry and short stories of the members of the Dunedin Youth Writers Association and can be found in the Dunedin Public Library catalogue. It will also soon be in some schools around Dunedin.
Copies can be found in the LPHS library and English department. The photos are from the launch party and reading event in the Dunningham Suite of the Dunedin City Library, where the members read out their own poetry and short fiction.
