Get 2 Go
The annual Otago/Southland Get 2 Go Challenge was held on the 14th September here in Dunedin.
24 schools from around the region competed in three challenges, Mountain Biking, Orienteering and a Water challenge.
Logan Park 1 placed 6th overall which was a fantastic effort. They took out top points in a challenging Orienteering course on Signal Hill.
Logan Park 2 gave it their all coming in further down the field. Unfortunately, the wind played a part and we did not compete in the water event. Logan Park retreated to the safety of the Otago Yacht club and our students enjoyed a swim off the jetty.
Everyone enjoyed the day and is keen to compete next year. It's a great introduction to Adventure Racing.
