Mihi Whakatau
In the first week of February we welcomed all of our new students to the Logan Park whanau.
Year 9 students, along with new students from other levels, new international students and new staff were welcomed to our school with a mihi whakatau (or Maori welcome). Tipene Winiata and Head Boy Jacobi Kohu-Morris spoke on behalf of current students and ex-student Kane Holmes and House Dean Dr Murray Thompson represented the new group. We also held a New Entrant Afternoon Tea on Wednesday 25 February and parents/whanau of all of our new students came to meet all of our staff.
