Mihi Whakatau
We started 2016 with a Mihi Whakatau (welcome) in the school gymnasium, welcoming all new students and staff to Logan Park High School.
Matua Tip, our Head Prefects, existing staff and the Kapa Haka and Tupuranga groups welcomed everyone. Last year's Head Boy, Jacobi Kohu-Morris spoke on behalf of all new students, and staff. After the waiata both groups enjoyed kai (morning tea) together before settling in to their morning programme.
