It was a story full of challenges,  disappointments and even an epic failure. The constant and clear message throughout was how she never gave up, even when she thought her chances of success were hopeless. She was able to show the children the importance of ambition, determination and hard work and that success doesn't always come in the shape of a medal. All this was connected to the Olympic values of respect and friendship.
