Did you know not all wasps are bad? Rakinui do now, thanks to a very interesting talk by Scott who had us all enthralled by the behaviour of a special parasitic wasp. The following articles clearly show how much the students learnt.

With the cost of the pool key going up this year Teresa, Jill, Claire and the Garage Sale team have been fundraising at The Garage Sale. The proceeds will be used for a pool key for some families who might otherwise not be able to afford one.

Students from previous year 7-8 and this year’s 5-6 have been participating in a community storytelling project called Our Stories since 2016.
