Chelsea Parlato and Taylor Stevens-Tarrant place impressively at the Manawatu Inter-Secondary Schools Swimming Championships.

Year 13 student Chelsea Parlato entered the following events:

-100m Breaststroke - 1st place - 1:29.64m

-50m Breaststroke - 1st place - 44.09s

-Mixed 200m Fly - 2nd place - 2:54.99m

- 100m Individual Medley - 3rd place - 1:18.89m

Year 9 student Taylor Stevens-Tarrant entered the following events:

-100m Breaststroke - 8th place - 1:53.77m

-200m Freestyle - 3rd place - 3:05.54m

-100m Freestyle - 4th place - 1:41.66m

-50m Backstroke - 4th place - 42.75s.
