ABSENCES
If your child is absent, please phone the office on 358 8369 and leave a message , stating their name, classroom number and reason for absence. Or you can email office@merrin.school.nz advising of your child's absence.
For long term absence, for example holidays during term time please advise your classroom teacher and the office.

Students arriving late (after 9am) who have missed the roll call must come to the office to sign in for lateness and receive a late slip to give to their teacher.

Drop off and Pick up of Children
Please be considerate to other road users when dropping off and picking up your child/ren. The area in front of the school is a 3 minute zone from 2.30pm until 3.15pm.
Please also be aware that the School bus signs will be out on a Tuesday afternoon for our students coming back from technology.
