Talented Theatresports-stars take home the trophy
Last month a group of Nayland College students competed against six other teams and in the midst of civil defense sirens going off, they won the competition! Well done Ollie Gabites, Silas Bailey, Tara McLarin, Noah Leighton and Emmogen Brown! Thora Moffatt was unfortunately sick on the night but is a very valued member of the team!
The team practiced hard leading up to the competition and they would love to thank Nikkie from Crea8 Theatre Company who has worked tirelessly to promote and develop Theatresports in the region.
If you're interested in Theatresports Improvisation Classes (theatre games), head along to the Whānau room at Nayland College on Saturdays from 10am-11am. Classes are $5 per session to cover tutor costs. New members are welcome. Come 10 mins early if possible.
