'Parallel Park' join 'The Batteries' in being selected for the Smokefree Rockquest National Finals.

'Parallel Park' are a Year 11 five-piece band with three members from Nayland College: Maisie Lucas, Jude Atkins and Kahu Sanson-Burnett. Due to a date clash they were not able to enter the Nelson regional heats, so instead entered through a national online entry pathway.

Keep an eye out for 'Parallel Park' playing on the corner of Trafalgar and Hardy Streets, during the opening night of Te Ramaroa, Light Nelson. They will be supporting Central School Choir from 5:40pm and playing their own set from 6:00pm.
