Newsletter - Week 6 Term 4 2023

We are really heading into our busy end of year time now, with lots of activities happening throughout the school. This week I was fortunate to get out to the Kahikatea camp and see the children there really thriving and meeting a range of challenges in a new environment. Next week Tōtara have sailing and Te Pouahi have Waka Ama and Noho Marae coming up.

All our classes have recently taken part in the Keeping Ourselves Safe programme. Our community constable reported to me how impressed she was with our tamariki and how welcoming and responsive they were to her sessions.

A reminder also that next Friday, 24 November, is our staff only day. School will be closed.

Kia pai tō rā whakatā, have a great weekend.

John
