Relevant Research - September 2017

We are looking forward to hosting a symposium at the end of October, on the theme Making a Difference: Research and Teaching. Speakers from a range of subject areas will talk about the ways their research makes a difference, and how they teach their students to make a difference too, before and after graduation.

To mark the centenary of the Russian Revolution, we also have the Art and Revolution symposium on 13 October, which is accompanied by an exhibition from 9 to 21 October. Both the symposium and the exhibition are at the Dunedin School of Art in Riego Street, with free admission to the public.

During the month there are many other opportunities to find out more about research that is relevant to you by attending any of the events which we host here or which our researchers are involved with off campus. Read more on our new News and Events page here.

We hope you will also be interested and inspired by this month's selection of stories.
