The school is excited to announce the dates for the sesquicentennial; the 150th anniversary of a hostel at OBHS.

A visit to their old Roslyn home by two OBHS old boys was a happy event for all concerned.

I am pleased to announce the following calendar of events for our 150th reunion to be held at the school in 2021.

Firstly, me Geoff Bates, I’m your new President having taken over from Brent Alexander who after 9 years of service to the school stood down at the last AGM. Thank you, Brent, on behalf of the Old Boys’ Society for all the time and effort that you put in over that period.

This week's senior assembly was focused on recognising the 2018 scholarship winners and awarding badges and ties to the 2019 Prefects.

Earlier this week Isobel MacLeod passed away peacefully surrounded by her family in Brisbane hospital.

Allan G. L. Smith (1944–46) passed away on Friday 18 January.
