Great enterprises have to begin somewhere and if the planners have any brains they start small, so that experience fills in the defects of the plan before they swallow money and people’s reputations. At the start of 1974, I was in my first year as a teacher and keen to take part in the school’s outdoor education programme.

This week the South Island Junior Volleyball Tournament was held in Dunedin.

Last weekend, the junior water polo team travelled to Christchurch to compete in the Junior South Island Waterpolo Tournament.

Today the 2018 Junior Fives champion was crowned.

It was finals at futsal this week.

Last weekend Isaac returned to the bowling crease after a 8 month layoff and returned figures of 6 for 4 off 3.1 overs.

This weekend Dunedin hosts the New Zealand Secondary Schools Track, Road and Field Championships.

Many OB's students and staff members begin their day with a bowl of hot Harraways porridge through our Student Council sponsored 'Breakfast with your Brothers' scheme. So it was no surprise to see an OB's boy step up to the challenge at the annual Harraways Speed-Eating-Porridge Competition.

There were a number of Otago Boys' connections to the Otago Polytechnic COLLECTIONS 2018 – Graduate Fashion Show last Friday.

OBHS is proud to present a short junior concert followed by the one act play Revenge! at Ditchwater Falls by Phillip Mann.
