I am entering the last five weeks of principalship at Papanui Primary, part of this time will include transitioning your new principal into the role so there is a smooth handover.

Concerns have been raised by parents and members of the public about road safety outside the school. Please be patient and tolerant and SAFE.

To help us to plan ahead for future enrolments we would appreciate you notifying us of any 5 year olds you know of that will be starting school this year or early next year. This may be siblings of current students or even children you know of who are friends or neighbours. Enrolment forms are also available in the office.

Jenna competed at the South Island Junior Swimming Champs. She placed first or second in twelve events. What a huge accomplishment!! Congratulations Jenna.
