Food Technology

Over the last few weeks the students in Food Technology have been busy. Recently Year 11 students have been practising their knife skills under the direction of Chef Julie and assisted by Chef Nicky. Safe and correct use of knives was the focus of the lesson where the students made salad in a jar.
