This is the last week (and newsletter) for Term 2. We hope that over the next two weeks you are able to have some quality family time together - enjoying some (hopefully) fine weather and visiting with friends.
We hope you have enjoyed reading the Seesaw report comments posted by your classroom teacher this week. It has been a really wonderful way to give parents a multi-media insight into what is happening in the classroom.
A few important reminders about upcoming events:
This Friday, October the 1st, is no longer a teacher only day. Instead we have a Run for Fun day. Each age group will have the chance to rotate through a series of exciting obstacle challenges. They will get wet and possibly dirty, so send in a change of clothes with your child! Sorry, we can’t have parent spectators for this event at Level 2. We are asking children to wear bright coloured clothing and please feel free to bring a gold coin which will be donated to True Colours.
The first Friday of term 4, 22nd of October is a Teacher Only Day where teachers and learning assistants will be working on collaborative planning and undertaking some professional development. Students will need to stay at home on this day.
We are looking forward to seeing you all back at school on Monday, 18 October, fully refreshed and ready for an action-packed term 4..
