Here's what's on next week's menu.

Monday
Vegetarian fried rice - tofu, egg, white rice and a selection of seasonal vegetables (GF/DF)
Boarders mac cheese - bacon, and onion in a cheese sauce

Tuesday
Marinated Pork spare ribs - pork spare ribs marinated overnight in a garlic, tomato, soya sauce – served with rice (GF)

Thai beef salad – rice noodles, beef fillet, celery, red onion, cucumber, mint, mesclun and dressing (GF/DF)
Salad of the day - lentil salad

Wednesday
Beef Nachos – lean beef mince, cooked in a tomato sauce served with cheese corn chips, sour cream and cheese (GF option)
Salad of the day - lentil salad

Thursday
Butter Beef Curry – tender pieces of beef cooked in a mild butter sauce and steamed rice
Vegetarian pad thai - grilled tofu, seasonal vegetables, egg pancakes & rice noodles, coated in a light pad thai sauce (GF)

Friday
Creamy of Vegetable soup – loaded with seasonal vegetables a light creamy soup served with a bread roll
Corn and Cheese rolls - a staff favourite –yummy creamed corn and cheese rolled in wholemeal bread, three per serve

Also available each day is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks. And also a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options
