Monday
Combination fried rice – a combination of meats, long grain rice, a selection of seasonal vegetables and egg pancakes (GF/DF)
Bacon and egg fold overs - crispy bacon egg served in a fresh bread fold over with aioli sauce

Tuesday
Ham and pesto pasta bake -diced ham off the bone, basil pesto in a white sauce mixed with pasta topped with cheese
Spinach and Ricotta tart -savoury pastry filled with a creamy spinach and ricotta filling (V)
Salad of the day - asian quinoa salad

Wednesday
Chicken bao buns - marinated shredded chicken thighs, coleslaw and a honey mustard dressing

Thursday
Marinated pork spare ribs – pork spare ribs marinated in a tomato and soya sauce – served with rice (GF/DF)
Chicken fried noodles - roast chicken, selection of seasonal vegetables and egg noodles

Friday
Chicken chow mein - lean chicken mince, seasonal diced vegetables with rice noodles (GF/DF)
Roast vegetable and sun dried tomato filo parcel - seasonal vegetables roasted with sun dried tomatoes wrapped in layers of filo pastry (V)

Also available each day is a selection of rice balls, chicken, vegetarian, tuna sushi and small sushi sticks as well as a large assortment of sandwiches, wraps and rolls including gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options.
