From the Head of Junior School

This week has been an exceptional week in terms of school events. The Hot Chips at Lunch were an amazing success. The reason for this event was to support our Year 13’s Business Group Enterprise. Nicola has outlined her Business Brief below.

My name is Nicola and I am a part of a Year 13 Business Studies Company called ‘Splash For Change’. We sell drink bottles with printed messages on them that promote three different charities.

  • The Breast Cancer Foundation
  • The Mental Health Foundation
  • The school charity EGG (Educating Girls Globally)

We support these charities by donating 50% of profits from the sale of our drink bottles to our chosen charities.

Today’s Friday ‘Splash For Change’ sold hot chips at lunchtime to raise funds for our first production run of drink bottles in support of EGG and the Mental Health Foundation.
