Leavers' Dinner tickets still available

As parents of students in their final year at St Paul’s, we warmly invite you to attend this year’s graduation for 2020 school leavers.

This event marks the end of a significant milestone in each students’ secondary schooling and a special occasion to be celebrated with family.

Graduation starts with a service in the school chapel at 5pm followed by a graduation dinner at Claudelands Events Centre from 6.30pm for a 7.00pm start.

Tickets to attend cost $90 per person, which includes dinner, dessert and a live band. Wine and beer will be available at the function to purchase. Additional tickets may be purchased for extended family but we do request partners of students are not included on this occasion.

We also ask that students stay at the graduation dinner until 10:30pm and after this time they are welcome to leave if they wish.

Dress code is cocktail, smart evening wear.

Proceedings for the graduation dinner:

  • 7:15pm    Welcome by Masters of Ceremonies (Deputy Heads)
  • 7:30pm    Welcome by Headmaster
  • 8:00pm    Meal
  • 9:00pm    Presentation - Great Oaks Award by Headmaster
  • 9:30pm    Live band
  • 11:15pm  Bar closes
  • 11:30pm  Evening concludes

Free parking is available at Claudelands in the Exhibition Plaza car park via Gate 4 off Brooklyn Road.

Graduation dinner tickets for your son or daughter and your family can be purchased here. For administration purposes, we need tickets to be purchased by Thu 5 November, thank you.
