On behalf of Te Ao Mārama School we convey our sympathy and sadness in light of the tragic events in Christchurch last week.

Our school weaves together people from all corners of the globe.

Later this week we will send out an invoice from the school. We would like to provide an outline of our funding situation, in an attempt to explain why we are reliant on parental support and school donations, and where the funds go.

All parents should have received an email from us regarding Winter Sports available at Te Ao Mārama School.

It was lovely to host so many people for this special event. We even had relatives from the other side of the world beaming in via the power of technology!

One of many special aspects of our school is the partnership between Hamilton North School and Te Ao Mārama.

Our survey is still open and we would really appreciate if those who haven't already, could fill out the short form.

Excite Music and Arts Academy are now offering classes in Music, Vocals, Musical Theatre, and Speech and Drama onsite at Te Ao Mārama School!

We were visited by students from Makuhari Junior High School in Chiba, Japan. They shared various Japanese games and craft activities.

Dance classes have now started at school on Thursdays 3.30-5.30pm and also on Saturdays 9.00-11.00am. It's not too late to sign your child up!

The Gymnastic Academy and Taekidokai Martial Arts are now both offering classes in our school gym, outside of school hours.

Lessons are held on Tuesdays during school time for groups of 5-6 students. The 30 minute lessons cover a wide variety of styles and are designed to provide a well-rounded and solid start to the guitar for beginners. Plus, they’re heaps of fun!
