Today we finish the school year and it’s fair to say that it again has been somewhat surreal, and in many ways more disruptive than 2020!

In a year where many events have been cancelled, it was nice to be able to bring some fun and laughter into our last full day of school.

A huge thank-you to those who came along on Saturday for our annual Community Service Day at Hospice Waikato & Rainbow Place.

Last week, Kāhu Rua had a special farewell event for our Year 6 leavers.

As we head into the Summer break, we are busy planning for 2022 and another adjustment in our Covid response plan. The Covid protection framework (CPF or “traffic lights”) takes effect for all NZ schools from 1 January 2022.

Our Tūī students had an awesome water fun day last week - what a great way to finish the year!

Recently we had class photos at school taken by our resident photographer, Anna Pratt. We think Anna has done an incredible job & these photos capture our students & teachers beautifully.

We know what it's like shopping with kids, during peak shopping times, over the Christmas period and we know it's not fun. So, we are offering FREE CARE to our parents this Saturday 18th December 9am-3pm.
