19 students from year 7 and 8 qualified through our Junior Athletics Championships to represent Darfield High School in this weeks Canterbury Primary Schools Athletics Championships.

Sundays planned Rowing Have a Go Day will now be a get together at Darfield High School in the Staff room at 11am to meet the coaches and discuss he proposed plan for the 2024.

Earlier this month Anna Mangels received the news that she was one of two drivers selected to represent New Zealand at the Inter Dominion 2023 Mini Trot Championship at Albion Park, Queensland, Australia.

Earlier this week the Class of 1957 met for a lunch at the Darfield Hotel.

These will be ready for sign out day for seniors and juniors receive theirs on the last school day.

Our Girls and Boys combined teams played in a two day tournament this week against other Country Schools Cricket Teams

A small group of students have worked on a project this year building a sleepout/office. This project, lead by Mr Agnew, has given the students practical building skills. This is currently for sale for $11,900.00 including GST. Removal is at the purchasers expense.
