Sleepout/Office - a student project
A small group of students have worked on a project this year building a sleepout/office. This project, lead by Mr Agnew, has given the students practical building skills. This is currently for sale for $11,900.00 including GST. Removal is at the purchasers expense.
This 4.2m x 2.4m building is insulated underfloor, has batts in the walls and ceiling, one outside light, two inside lights and two double plugs.
