After a round of 16 qualifying efforts in 2019, the CBHS VEX Robotics team has returned from Auckland to claim the 2020 National Championship title.

Congratulations to all the teams and students on their achievements.

Over the weekend of 6-8 March, the New Zealand Track and Field Championships were held at Nga Puna Wai in Christchurch. Athletes were selected to represent their provinces, with four CBHS students selected for the Canterbury team – Josh Thiele, Will Chunn, Jack Rodgers and Asher Pettengell-Brand. Another three athletes participated for their clubs – Henry Allott, Tram O’Callaghan and Tom Sellars.

The school canteen is very short of volunteers for the Tuesday p.m. shift arrive 10.30am leave 2.20pm (with a break in between if you wish from 11.30am-1.15pm). If you can assist please contact the canteen on 348 5003 ext. 325.
