This term 9BRS have been exploring the theme of celebrating diversity in English. During ‘Bully Free NZ’ week, we viewed the short film 'Ian', which demonstrates how kindness and compassion can help overcome feelings of exclusion and division.

On March 22nd, we held a kākahu kāinga (non-uniform day) in support of Brackenridge & Cholmondeley Children's centre.

Once again, we are taking votes for “the Book of the Week" suggestions in our library at Christchurch Girls' High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora.

As the pandemic continues, we continue with rostered days off and next Friday 8 April 2022 will be a full rostered day home for all year levels.

As we head towards Term 2 and 3, winter uniform is required to be worn to school.
