Over the weekend, four of our Christchurch Girls’ High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora students travelled to New Plymouth to compete in the New Zealand Secondary Schools’ Triathlon Championships.

A reminder that the Junior Parent-teacher curriculum interviews are on Tuesday 13th April from 3.30 - 6pm, and Friday 16th April from 10am - 2:30pm.

Monday 22 March saw the start of the 2021 Futsal Nationals in Wellington, with CGHS making our first ever appearance in the tournament.

We will be holding a Careers Expo in our school gymnasium on Tuesday, 11th May between 5.30pm and 7.30pm.

On Friday last week, the CGHS 1st XI cricket team played Rangi Ruru in the final of the Gillette Venus Cup qualifiers.

Our CGHS mountain bike team has 4 riders. The team competes on Wednesdays in the Christchurch Schools Singletrack Cross Country racing, held at Halswell Quarry.

At the recent Secondary Schools' Athletics Championships, a very talented CGHS student, Isabella Donald achieved some outstanding results and PBs in all her events:
