Across the middle weekend of the school holidays, our 1st and 2nd XV were lucky enough to travel down to Ashburton for the South Island Series Girls' Rugby Tournament. On a crisp Saturday morning, we met at school and took the bus down to Ashburton where upon arriving we set up the gazebos and got ready for the big day ahead.

In the first week of the school holidays (3 – 5 July) our talented Year 9A and Year 10A netball teams represented Christchurch Girls’ High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora at the Junior South Island’s held at Hagley courts.

Thursday 10 August, starting 7 pm at CBHS.

On Thursday 27 July at 6pm Christchurch Girls' High School / Te Kura o Hine Waiora will be holding our annual event: The Junior House Production.

This is an initiative to encourage Te Reo Māori in our kura
