Parents Association Update - November 2024
Gosh the calendar is full for this term so here are a few things to mark on the calendar: -
Disco – A massive thank you to those who volunteered their time to help at School Disco held on Friday 1st November. Without our volunteers we could not run the Disco’s
Ice Block Tuesdays – After school every Tuesday $2.00 ice blocks cash only. We are also doing popcorn bags for $1.00, which has been popular so far.
Uniform Sale – We will hold a second-hand uniform sale on the 5th of December from 8.30 - 9.30am outside the Hall. Donations are needed especially in the smaller sizes for our New Entrants starting next year. If you have uniforms items at home that your child has grown out of please drop them into the office ASAP.
Year 6 Leavers Morning Tea - 17th December 2024 - we have a lot of our Committee members with Year 6 students graduating this year. We would love some extra volunteers to help prepare the morning tea for after graduation. Please email us if you can help 8:30am-11:00am. PA@cotswold.school.nz
Artworks Fundraiser - this fundraiser has now closed and these items have been handed out. Thanks to Dominique for her hard work scanning the children's artwork so this fundraiser to be a success.
Again, a big Thanks to the Cotswold Community for supporting our fundraisers and events this year. Our fundraising efforts this so far this year have provided the following for our students:

These optional items can be sent directly to School Office free of charge or delivered directly to your home or nominated address for $10.80.

Second Hand Uniform
Thank you to Charlotte Ellis for organising the second hand uniform.
NEXT SALE IS THURSDAY 5th NOVEMBER from 8.30 - 9.30am OUTSIDE THE HALL
Second hand uniform items can be purchased from the School Office at any time and sales are held regularly each Term. Most items $5 (excluding merinos and jackets).
We are still needing donations of uniform items in good condition. Please drop items into the School Office. A sale will be scheduled for later this Term.
