The GEIS girls Year 7 softball team went 5 games unbeaten at Waitakere zone, and booked themselves a spot at the Auckland Champs next week!

Moneytime is a website which supports financial literacy in schools, and they recently held an inter-class competition throughout the entirety of Aotearoa’s schools.

GEIS held its annual cushion concert this term which was a great success. It was a night to celebrate the success of our amazing 80 students with our community.

Our 2024 School Road Patrol Team have completed their training so that students and families can cross the road safely using the pedestrian crossing on the busy Kaurilands Road in 2024.

The GEIS Athletics Day was held on Friday 17th November at Trust Stadium where we had 370 students competing.

Kia ora GEIS Whānau, our final team zone day for the year was Auckland Champs touch rugby.

A spark from our term 2 Inquiry sent us on a tangent this year.

A few weeks into term four, Room 12 was invited to the local Kindergarten next to our own school, Kaurilands Kindy.

Over the past few weeks of Term 4, Piha mini school has had the remarkable opportunity of visiting the Goat Island Marine Centre, guided by the Goat Island Dive & Snorkel team located up North.
