We are just finishing our first day of Student Led Learning Conferences and it is great to see so many children sharing their learning with parents and caregivers. Last week we were fortunate to have John Parsons join us to discuss Cyber Safety . The children enjoyed working with him and it was great to see Halswell parents at the Parent Info evening. John has written a fantastic book "Keeping children safe online' we have copies available in our library if you are interested. We had perfect weather for the senior school cross country on Friday, it was great see children putting in a great effort and plenty of whānau cheering everyone on. Next Friday we have some Crusaders visiting us at 3:30 everyone is invited just a gold coin entry, please see article for more information including raffling off a 2018 signed jersey! 

Please remember we have an early finish tomorrow (12pm) as we continue with our Learning Conferences.

It is getting colder please ensure all jackets and uniform are clearly named.
